Deine Rolle im Team
- You are responsible for establishing, continuously developing, and improving the entire Source-to-Pay process across all stakeholders and subprocesses within the relevant corporate areas, in line with the overall company's interests.
- The Source-to-Pay process encompasses all activities from identifying a need for a product or service to paying the supplier. You ensure that all subprocesses integrate smoothly.
- As part of the ERP implementation project, you ensure that subprocesses are designed and integrated sensibly from an end-to-end perspective, potentially even across ERP system boundaries.
- You establish professional stakeholder management and involve department heads, process owners, and corporate IT that are appropriate for your end-to-end process.
- You conduct process analyses, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization measures in collaboration with the departments. You collect and prioritize the requirements of all relevant stakeholders.
- You work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth process flow and integration. You mediate and balance the interests of the involved parties.
- You ensure that all relevant data for the end-to-end process is maintained in close collaboration with data management roles.
- You initiate, lead, and/or oversee projects related to the end-to-end process.
- You ensure that process documentation, work instructions, and guidelines are created and maintained.
- You define the desired maturity level and create a plan to achieve it. You monitor process quality and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations. You establish a KPI set that contributes to improving overall process performance.
- You ensure that appropriate training approaches are established to ensure ongoing process compliance.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
Qualifikationen
- You possess strong skills in designing change processes and a 'can-do' mentality.
- You have good relationship and communication management skills.
- You have an affinity for other IT topics, such as artificial intelligence and RPA.
- You work actively and future-oriented and have proactive problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- You enjoy working with international colleagues and are willing to travel internationally occasionally.
Erfahrung
- You have several years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- You have experience with SAP S/4HANA process models, their implementation, and continuous development in ongoing operations.
- You have experience in leading and executing projects.
