Deine Rolle im Team
- Join QIAGEN as an Information Security Manager and play a key role in strengthening our global information security and compliance landscape.
- In this role, you will own and continuously enhance our Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 27001 requirements and evolving regulatory expectations.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will drive security governance, risk management, compliance initiatives, and security awareness activities across the organization.
- This position offers the opportunity to shape strategic security programs while supporting a dynamic, international, and highly regulated business environment.
- This position can be based in Germany (Hilden) or Poland (Wroclaw).
- Occasional international travel may be required.
- Your tasks include owning, maintaining, and continuously improving QIAGEN's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Security Compliance Program, including the ongoing development of our ISO 27001 certification framework.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate information security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
- Support internal and external audits, certification activities, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Conduct information security risk assessments, compliance reviews, gap analyses and track remediation.
- Advise business stakeholders on information security, cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance.
- Contribute to the company-wide security awareness program and monitor emerging cyber threats, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record in implementing, managing, and improving an ISO 27001-certified Information Security Management System (ISMS), ideally within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
- Professional certification such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 requirements, information security governance, risk management methodologies, and relevant European and German cybersecurity regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in German and English.
- Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a pragmatic approach and the ability to influence stakeholders across a multinational organization.
Erfahrung
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance, or a comparable role within an international organization.
