Deine Rolle im Team
- Support the adoption of AI, Automation and BI solutions by advising users on tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents and low-code technologies.
- Contribute to the development, testing and implementation of proof of concepts, automation solutions and business-focused AI use cases.
- Support the planning and delivery of training sessions, discovery workshops and community events to promote digital ways of working across RWE Generation SE.
- Create, maintain and continuously improve communication materials, SharePoint content, newsletters, best practices and use case documentation.
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and automation and support change and adoption initiatives across the organisation.
- Support IT Business Partners in managing strategic technology and IT infrastructure-related requests, while helping further develop collaboration approaches, workflows and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Assist in managing the lifecycle of new software requests, including governance support, stakeholder communication, qualification, status tracking and coordination between business and IT.

Ausbildung
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration with an IT focus or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- You have a strong interest in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation and the practical application of emerging technologies in a business environment.
- You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing and basic knowledge of German.
- You have strong communication and facilitation skills, feel comfortable engaging with stakeholders and are confident presenting topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You combine a customer-centric mindset with a structured and proactive way of working and enjoy collaborating across international and multidisciplinary teams.
Erfahrung
- You are confident using Microsoft 365 applications and ideally have gained first experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot or comparable technologies.
- Initial experience supporting change initiatives, delivering training sessions or developing automation solutions is beneficial but not required.
