    Deine Rolle im Team

    • We're looking for a Local Support / System Administrator to join our IT team in Den Bosch. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations that keep the business running smoothly.
    • You will provide hands-on support to internal users, ensure that devices and systems are ready for use, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure-based environments.
    • This role is focused on execution and user support, with opportunities to develop your technical skills and grow within IT.
    • Provide first- and second-line IT support for internal users (hardware, software, access and connectivity issues).
    • Prepare, configure and maintain laptops, devices and peripherals.
    • Handle onboarding and offboarding (accounts, permissions, devices).
    • Act as the first point of contact for IT questions, incidents and service requests.
    • Manage and maintain IT assets and keep inventory up to date.
    • Perform basic system administration tasks (user management, permissions, groups).
    • Support Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
    • Carry out basic Azure tasks (user access, simple configurations, SSO checks).
    • Coordinate with external IT partners and discuss tickets and changes.
    • Provide local on-site support for office-related IT issues.

    Qualifikationen

    • Hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT environments.
    • Strong communication skills with a happy to serve mindset.
    • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
    • Knowledge of Azure.
    • Interested in security and cloud technologies.

    Erfahrung

    • 1 to 3+ years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
