- Drive the future of digital mobility at SIXT! You want to work on high-impact digital products used by millions worldwide, influence frontend architecture decisions across teams, and push the boundaries of modern web engineering? - You actively integrate AI tools and agentic workflows into your daily engineering practice, spanning code generation, automated testing, documentation, and autonomous task execution, while helping define sensible engineering practices around them.
- You design, build, and evolve scalable frontend features and shared UI libraries using React and TypeScript across multiple product areas.
- You stay hands-on in code, lead cross-team frontend initiatives, and drive topics from idea to production with clear customer and business impact.
- You architect and evolve our micro frontend platform using module federation, ensuring teams can ship independently without sacrificing consistency.
- You raise the bar on performance, accessibility, testing, and engineering standards across the frontend discipline.
- You collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, and mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifikationen
- You actively use AI tools — such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or agentic frameworks — as a core part of your daily engineering workflow, applying them in ways that remain reviewable, reliable, and genuinely productive.
- You have deep expertise in React and TypeScript and write maintainable, testable, and performant code at scale.
- You have worked with tooling such as Nx or Turborepo and understand how to structure shared libraries, enforce boundaries, and keep large codebases manageable.
- You own frontend pipelines in GitHub Actions, including testing, linting, bundling, and deployment automation.
- You are collaborative, product-minded, and willing to work across the stack when needed; familiarity with backend APIs, SSR, or mobile web is a plus.
Erfahrung
- You have proven experience in building production-grade frontend applications and operate confidently in architecture and implementation.
