Deine Rolle im Team
- Definition and coordination of release cycles & test frameworks for the delivery and improvement of services
- Ensuring the operationalisation of the service transition process (training activities, feedback, coordination of requirements with specialist units, in projects and in the line)
- Ensuring overarching collaboration with external service providers
- Continuous refinement of the subject areas in the scope of responsibility, especially IT environment management and operational planning
- Compiling KPIs for the global processes in the scope of responsibility, including identification of measures to improve efficiency and quality as well as mapping in ServiceNow

Ausbildung
- Degree in computer science or comparable qualification with professional experience in the IT environment spanning more than five years.
Qualifikationen
- Well-versed in handling global processes and in collaborating with internationally operating teams
- Good know-how in the domains IT infrastructure, IT service management and IT security
- Proficient user skills in German and English, including very good communication and presentation skills in both languages
Erfahrung
- Several years of professional experience in IT transition management and IT project management
- Several years of experience in the role of Team Lead
- In-depth specialist knowledge and hands-on experience in release management as well as in the (further) development of test strategies and their automation, ideally in an agile environment
- Experience with IT service management platforms, ideally ServiceNow
