Deine Rolle im Team
- Create and evolve standards and guard rails for the whole engineering organization in Nexplore
- Create templates and blueprints for new product activity
- Educate and teach fellow engineers
- Actively work with the product development teams
- Ensure proper training of new Nexplore hires
- Closely collaborate with Product Leads to ensure the products success while meeting the engineering standards

Ausbildung
- Master's degree in an engineering, or computer science discipline
Qualifikationen
- Very broad technology knowledge in the areas of cloud-based enterprise applications, enterprise architecture, DevOps, software development, databases, UI/UX etc.
- Proven track record in consolidation of technologies across organizations
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and German. Spanish is a plus.
Erfahrung
- 10 years' experience in developing large scale enterprise applications
