In diesem Job bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für IP-Kunden, bearbeitest technische Anfragen, analysierst Probleme und koordinierst IP-Lieferungen sowie Kundenmeetings, während du eng mit Entwicklern zusammenarbeitest.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Act as the first point of contact for our IP customers and handle their requests through our Customer Service Portal
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to customers, focusing on our IP products, analyze reported issues, and resolving technical problems
- Escalate in a structured way: Prepare complex cases so that our IP developers and experts can work on them efficiently
- Know the contract situation of your customers and classify incoming requests against the agreed scope of support and maintenance
- Coordinate and prepare IP deliveries, according to internal IP delivery process
- Share customer feedback and technical requirements with IP owners and development teams
- Coordinate technical customer meetings, support process improvements, and the overall customer experience
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Information Technology or similar
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge and understanding of digital and/or analog IP deliverables and how they are used in a customer SoC flow
- Confident working in a Linux/Unix design environment
- Ability to explain complex technical information to the customers and translate input from the customer for our engineers
- Fluent communication skills in English and German (C1 or native level)
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, with an independent and proactive work style
Erfahrung
- At least 3 years of experience in ASIC/SoC design, IP integration, design enablement or a comparable technical field
