Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead a team of 4 in-house SAP consultants, with a focus on fostering their professional growth and skill development.
- Strategic and conceptual development of our SAP system landscape.
- Responsibility for SAP projects and modules and Introduction of new applications and modules.
- Consulting and support for specialist departments, user support and assistance.
- Responsibilities include managing and coordinating incidents, problems, change, and knowledge management processes, with a focus on seamless integration and operational excellence.
- Lead the execution of innovative processes and procedures designed to elevate the quality of IT support services.
- Monitoring of consulting budget.
- Operates within a globally structured IT organization, headquartered in the US.
- Align with centralized IT leadership to uphold enterprise-wide technology standards and governance.
- Support both local and global SAP programs and transformation efforts.
- Partners with regional and global teams to execute initiatives aligned with the IT strategic roadmap.
- Drives consistent program and project delivery across all regions.
- Promote and support the adoption of global IT standards and best practices.
- Key contributor to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including the S/4HANA consolidation and implementation strategy.
- S/4 migration targeted within the next 24-36 months.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- University degree in Business Informatics or similar.
Qualifikationen
- Business English and Business German is required.
- Place of residence in driving distance from Bruckmühl within 45 minutes.
Erfahrung
- More than 5 years of experience in SAP consulting and implementation of complex software in the manufacturing industry.
- More than 3 years of experience in managing employees.
- Experience with Manufacturing and Operations and deep expertise in SAP PP and MES systems.
- Experience in the introduction of SAP4Hana as well as in Supply Chain ECC is desirable.
