Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Data Migration Analyst, you will play a key role in the successful onboarding of new customers onto the padoa platform.
- You will join our Integration team, whose mission is to migrate complex business data from customers' legacy software into padoa with accuracy, consistency, and minimal business disruption.
- This is not a traditional reporting or analytics role.
- Your focus is on understanding legacy data models, defining migration rules, and ensuring that business-critical information is transformed into a structure that fits the padoa platform.
- Analyze complex legacy databases and understand customer data structures.
- Design data mappings from source systems to the padoa data model.
- Define and implement SQL-based transformation and data cleansing rules.
- Validate migration results and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Work directly with customers to understand business processes and resolve data-related questions.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management in Germany and Integration & Data Engineering teams in France.
- Identify migration issues, propose pragmatic solutions, and continuously improve migration processes.

Qualifikationen
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working directly with relational databases.
- Familiarity with data mapping, data transformation, and data quality management.
- A structured, pragmatic, and hands-on approach to solving ambiguous problems.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with the ability to understand business processes behind the data.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers who may have limited technical knowledge.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
- Languages: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) is essential, as you will work directly with German-speaking customers. Professional English is required for collaboration with our international teams. French is a plus.
Erfahrung
- 2-4 years of experience in a data-focused role such as Data Migration Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Solution Consultant, Technical Consultant, or similar.
- Experience analysing complex data structures and translating business processes into technical data models.
