- We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to independently lead complex customer projects or highly complex sub-projects within a large IT infrastructure and service environment.
- The role combines end-to-end project leadership, project controlling, stakeholder management, supplier coordination, risk and dependency management, and PMO-related activities.
- Projects may be managed using traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies and typically involve complex technical and organizational environments.
- Independently lead complex IT projects or highly complex sub-projects.
- Take responsibility for the coordination, planning, and execution of projects from solution development through implementation and commissioning.
- Translate customer requirements into new or existing IT processes and technical solutions.
- Provide professional and technical guidance throughout the implementation of agreed IT solutions.
- Identify, analyze, and coordinate project dependencies.
- Identify and manage project changes and risks within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and overall progress.
- Perform project planning and controlling.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams.
- Manage external suppliers and service providers.
- Resolve competing objectives and stakeholder interests.
- Perform comprehensive stakeholder management across: Customers, Technical departments, Project teams, Management, External partners.
- Ensure structured and transparent project communication.
- Prepare project status reports and management information.
- Monitor progress and initiate corrective measures where required.
- Support or manage PMO and project-governance activities.
- Apply appropriate traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Ensure that project objectives relating to scope, quality, schedule, and delivery are achieved.

Ausbildung
- Candidates should have successfully completed one of the following: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration / Economics, Comparable relevant academic qualification.
Qualifikationen
- Alternatively: Recognised vocational qualification in an IT or commercial profession.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of general project-management methodology and agile ways of working.
- A recognised professional project-management certification is required, such as: IPMA Level C or higher, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMP, Comparable recognised professional qualification.
- In addition, training or certification in agile project management methodologies is required.
- Any time-limited certification used as evidence must still be valid at the time of submission.
- Advanced practical knowledge is required in: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Jira.
- Candidates should be comfortable using these tools for: Project planning, Scheduling, Reporting, Documentation, Collaboration, Action tracking, Stakeholder coordination, Project controlling, Governance activities.
- Language Requirements: German: C1. Language proficiency should correspond to the CEFR framework, unless German is the candidate's native language.

Erfahrung
- Senior IT Project Management: At least 6 years of continuous and substantive professional experience leading high-complexity IT projects.
- The experience should include practical application of established project-management methodologies and demonstrable responsibility for complex project delivery.
- Within the required professional experience, at least 2 years of practical experience in agile projects is required.
- Relevant experience may include: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled agile environments, Hybrid project delivery, Agile product or platform development, Agile transformation programmes.
- Candidates should demonstrate substantial practical experience in: End-to-end project management, Project planning, Schedule management, Milestone management, Dependency management, Risk management, Change management, Project controlling, Resource coordination, Stakeholder management, Supplier management, Conflict management, Requirements coordination, Customer communication, Management reporting, Project governance, PMO activities, Implementation and commissioning projects.
- Ability to explain professional experience and project responsibilities consistently with submitted documentation.

- Senior IT Project Manager with at least 6 years of experience leading high-complexity IT projects, including at least 2 years in agile environments, recognised PM certification such as IPMA Level C, PMP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner, strong supplier and stakeholder management capabilities, advanced Jira/MS Project/SharePoint skills, and German at C1 level.
