- Generate leads from your key clients based on consulting-based ideas.
- Co-create the next generation business models and business processes which give your clients a definitive edge over their competition or enable them to become undisputable cost leaders.
- Synthesize end-to-end processes running across planning, sales, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, plant maintenance, and customer service.
- Build solution roadmaps for your customers' transformation journey riding on SAP best practices and solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SaaS LoB solutions, and other products like Salesforce.
- Identify opportunities for digitization and automation leveraging AI, Blockchain, IoT, RPA, and other levers.
- Participate in assessments, due diligences, and transformation workshops.
- Guide and support your customers to build a business case for the transformation initiatives for your area.
- Drive engagement directly with the business on the customer side and speak their language.
- Realize business blueprints, Proofs of Concept, transformation plans, change impacts, and learning content.
- Moderate large workshops across business domains like procurement, manufacturing, and finance and guide your clients to build a solution vision and identify requirements, gaps, and roadblocks.
- Deliver S/4HANA minimum viable products, templates, complete products, and pilots in your area.
- Obtain buy-ins and acceptance from the business on your delivered products.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions with partners like SAP and Microsoft to deliver joint synergy and value to your customers.
- Provide an independent point of view to the customer based on your experience and product roadmaps from SAP and other software vendors.
- Mentor the people who work in your team or track and take responsibility for their results.
- Act as a hands-on and approachable leader who provides solution reviews, estimates and plans, and transparent feedback to improve deliverables.
- Bring best practices on business processes, process data, metrics, and process capability to stakeholders and deliver a harmonized or optimized solution.

- You show a high degree of proactiveness and leadership.
Qualifikationen
- You have deep functional skills in SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sales, or technical skills in ABAP, UI5, Security, Integration, or Basis in one or two SAP ERP areas.
- You have strong business acumen with understanding of industry segment nuances, value chains, financial health, and future trends.
- You have a valid SAP certification in the respective skills.
- You have excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills to interact with C-level executives through SAP Super Users.
- You have skills in building solution proposals and effort estimation.
- You demonstrate multi-tasking flexibility, team spirit, and a winning attitude.
- You have exposure to multiple modules and skill areas within the SAP product portfolio.
- You have external publications in the public domain on your respective industry or skills area.
- You have additional exposure to other tech stacks apart from SAP such as Salesforce or Microsoft.
- You demonstrate the ability to connect the dots and think laterally in addition to strong analytical skills.
- You have a passion for being customer focused and establishing long-term relationships.
- You have an intense drive for excellence and quality.
- You have excellent written and verbal skills.
Erfahrung
- You have experience in the entire SAP product portfolio and SAP consulting.
- You have experience in IT architecture including SAP architecture.
- You have experience interacting with C-level executives and engaging middle management business and IT stakeholders while managing their expectations.
- You have experience in IT-enabled transformation and operations.
- You have 14 or more years of hands-on SAP consulting experience with either an industry segment or a skillset focus.
- You have at least five end-to-end project experiences in the respective new SAP offerings.
- You have architect or lead role experience in projects.
- You have experience in at least two types of projects such as Greenfield, Brownfield, or hybrid.
- You have transformation preparation or Phase 0 experience.
- You have SAP toolchain user or administration experience.
- You have experience in SAP sales as well as hands-on service delivery responsibilities.
- You have prior business domain experience before your IT experience.
