Deine Rolle im Team
- You support daily finance operations, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and ad hoc analyses while identifying trends and recommending actions to improve business performance.
- You assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and consolidate financial results for management reporting.
- You execute and document test scenarios for SAP S/4HANA finance processes and evaluate system functionalities from an end-user perspective.
- You validate business requirements, identify process gaps, defects, and improvement opportunities, and support the successful implementation of new finance processes.
- You coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional project teams and provide structured feedback to support continuous system optimization.
- You support User Acceptance Testing activities and contribute to business sign-off processes.
- You create and maintain process documentation, test scripts, and user guidelines to ensure knowledge transfer and process consistency.
- You drive finance process improvements, support standardization initiatives, and contribute to finance transformation projects.
- You act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- You support additional finance and project-related activities as required.

Ausbildung
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.
Qualifikationen
- You possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, internal controls, and process flows.
- You have supported system implementations, finance transformation initiatives, process improvement projects, or testing activities.
- You are confident in creating and executing test cases, evaluating business processes, and analyzing system outputs.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
- You communicate effectively and collaborate successfully with both business and technical stakeholders.
Erfahrung
- You have +3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, financial analysis, or a comparable finance function.
- You have hands-on experience in areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, or Controlling.
- You have experience working in ERP-based finance environments, ideally with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
