Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position leitest du komplexe Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte, entwickelst Projektpläne und koordinierst multidisziplinäre Teams, um Termine, Budgets und Qualitätsvorgaben einzuhalten.
Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Project Manager, you will lead challenging national and international building and infrastructure projects from early planning through project completion.
- Supporting public and private sector clients across Germany and Europe, you will be responsible for delivering projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
- Managing building and infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Delivering projects in accordance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual requirements, and client expectations.
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, permitting agencies, utilities, and other stakeholders.
- Developing project execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource forecasts.
- Managing project risks, opportunities, change processes, project controls, financial forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Preparing proposals, fee estimates, and responses to client requests.
- Supporting project site visits and project-related travel as required.
- Mentoring junior project managers and technical professionals.
- Adhering to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
Qualifikationen
- Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and financial performance.
- Excellent English language skills.
- German language skills.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10-20%).
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
- Familiarity with permitting, planning, and multidisciplinary project delivery processes.
Erfahrung
- Experience leading building, infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects.
- Experience delivering projects in Germany and/or Europe.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with clients and key project stakeholders.
- Experience supporting projects for the U.S. Military, Bundeswehr, other defense organizations, or public-sector clients.
