Ausbildung

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• First hands-on experience with Java - through internships, working-student positions, university or personal projects, or professional work - as a solid foundation to build on rather than the limit of what you want to do.

Qualifikationen

• AI is already an integral part of your toolbox - you have a feel for how LLMs behave, you know how to steer an agent toward a good result, and you naturally work with tools such as MCPs and skills.
• Besides core technologies like Java, you have a solid understanding of the supporting ecosystems and frameworks (for example Spring and the wider JVM and web landscape).
• Interest in software architecture, clean code, and software development best practices.
• Basic understanding of different database technologies, such as relational (SQL) and document-based databases.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Curiosity about cloud technologies, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD processes.
• You welcome change and like being at the edge of what's possible.
• Reading about new tools, trying them out and experimenting feels natural to you - and you bring a strong drive to learn, develop new skills and take on new challenges.
• A collaborative mindset with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, as English is the primary language of communication in an international team.
