Deine Rolle im Team
- In this strategic key role, you take full ownership of Master Data Management within the Spare Parts organization.
- As part of the Parts Excellence Leadership team, you ensure that global data standards, systems, and processes are efficient, scalable, and seamlessly integrated across the entire value chain.
- Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the Spare Parts Master Data Management team.
- Define, implement, and enforce global data governance policies and master data standards.
- Manage and continuously improve master data processes within ERP environments such as SAP S/4HANA.
- Support global ERP rollouts with focus on data structures, mapping, and validation of material master data.
- Drive digital transformation by implementing automated workflows to improve data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with IT, SAP Inhouse Consulting, Controlling, Purchasing, Logistics, and international teams.
- Ensure a synchronized, high-quality, and reliable master data foundation across the global spare parts network.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of how master data impacts logistics and financial processes.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally, around 20-25%.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in Master Data Management within ERP environments, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA (MM, SD, FI, CO).
- Proven experience in functionally or disciplinary management of teams.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and modern data integration tools is an advantage.
