Deine Rolle im Team
- You will develop computer vision pipelines for 7-axis robots used for harvesting. Our robot operates in a greenhouse and faces a highly dynamic environment. Changing light conditions, fast robot movements and movable targets are challenges the vision system has to overcome.
- You will rapidly prototype your designs and ideas on real hardware
- Depending on your skills and interests:
- Developing algorithms for panoptic segmentation of the robot's environment
- Developing self-learning vision-based robot control algorithms
- Developing 3D object detection, e.g., generation of collision objects using 3D perception sensors (LiDAR, stereo cameras) and their respective point clouds
- Integrating new vision sensors to enhance the robot's understanding of the environment
- Developing vision-based tracking methods
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed degree in computer science with specialization in robotics, computer vision or a comparable field of study
Qualifikationen
- Profound skills with Python, PyTorch, OpenCV, Docker, Linux and Git
- A passion for the development of innovative solutions and creative ideas to improve our robots
- Team spirit and entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in German is a big plus
Erfahrung
- 3 years of hands-on experience with 2D/3D computer vision, machine learning and 3D vision sensors
- Experience with ROS 2 (Robot Operating System) in production
