Deine Rolle im Team
- Acceptance and coordination of IT support requests (1st level).
- Support in the operation, maintenance and further development of our IT systems such as Microsoft 365 Cloud, AD DS, VMware by Broadcom.
- Collaboration in the administration of clients, servers and networks in a Microsoft-based system landscape.
- Analyzing and rectifying technical faults together as a team.
- Participation in IT projects and optimization of internal processes.
- IT support in our sister companies in Eastern Europe.
- Prospective involvement in the further development and standardization of IT structures at our international locations.

Qualifikationen
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist) or comparable qualification.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructures (networks, clients, servers).
- Interest in developing professionally and taking on responsibility.
- Structured and reliable way of working.
- Ability to work in a team and clear communication.
- Good knowledge of German, English an advantage.
- You don't have to bring everything with you - motivation and flexibility for new things are crucial.
Erfahrung
- First to solid practical experience in the IT environment (support, administration or system support).
