- You lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, coaching frontend, backend, and AI engineers to foster ownership, collaboration and excellence.
- You own the technical direction of distributed service architecture, guiding the team toward scalable, reliable and observable systems.
- You drive AI-powered software engineering to translate prototypes into reliable, safe and measurable agentic solutions.
- You guarantee seamless end-to-end consistency across the customer experience.
- You align stakeholders across divisions and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and scalable delivery.

Qualifikationen
- You have strong expertise in distributed system design, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures and cloud-native delivery.
- You are proficient in Java backend software engineering and familiar with AI and agentic coding.
- You champion operational excellence through observability, on-call culture and incident learning.
- You collaborate naturally across functions and international teams, aligning engineers, product owners and business stakeholders.
- You think with a business and product mindset, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Erfahrung
- You bring proven experience in software engineering leadership managing complex architectures and production systems on AWS.
