Qualifikationen
- Think in distributed systems: you understand CAP theorem trade-offs, eventual consistency, and failure modes.
- Solid proficiency with relational databases and messaging systems.
- Clear communication - you explain technical decisions clearly to both engineers and stakeholders.
Erfahrung
- Strong production experience with Java and Spring Boot ecosystem (typically 6+ years, but we care more about depth than years).
- Solid experience designing RESTful APIs and service boundaries.
- Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration.
- Bonus points for: Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS experience, performance engineering, practical use of AI developer tools, React or TypeScript frontend skills as well as a background in the financial service industry or in regulated industries.
