In dieser Position verantwortest du die Auswahl, Implementierung und Wartung von GxP-relevanten IT-Systemen. Du sicherst die Datenintegrität und führst Schlüsselanwender, um Compliance und beste Praktiken zu fördern.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Act as the scientific counterpart to IT for the selection, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of GxP-relevant IT systems.
- Ensure compliant computerized system validation (CSV) and drive robust data integrity practices across all scientific processes.
- Own and manage Science IT systems, including master data governance and permission concepts.
- Coordinate and functionally lead key users, fostering data quality awareness and best practices.
- Support budgeting and continuous improvement of Science IT solutions and digital enablement initiatives.

Ausbildung
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine, preferably with a Master's degree.
Qualifikationen
- Strong expertise in GxP-regulated environments, including computerized system validation and data integrity.
- Proven ability to manage complex IT systems and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate solutions, manage multiple priorities, and drive sustainable outcomes.
Erfahrung
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
