Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Data Analyst in the Recommerce team you will play a key role in building and scaling Zalando second-hand solutions. With the Pre-owned category, we offer buyers access to items in like-new conditions at Zalando's level of convenience. With our Trade-in service, we allow sellers to declutter their wardrobe fast and risk-free from gently worn pieces they no longer wish to wear. In this role, you will not only create data transparency, but also transform data into meaningful and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will contribute to the commercial success of Pre-owned and Trade-in service, making your contribution essential to not just our commercial success but also our customer adoption and loyalty.
- Be part of the analytics at Recommerce and work on analytical efforts together with Data Engineering, Business Development, Product and Operations teams.
- Act like an owner. Develop the Recommerce data landscape in close collaboration with data engineering, from solution design to implementation.
- Keep it simple. Develop, improve and automate reports and dashboards, which answer key business questions to steer Pre-owned commercially.
- Independently drive insights through your purposeful analyses and make sure that your insights turn into actions within the team.
- Proactively communicate actionable insights to stakeholders in order to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a sparring partner for Pre-owned management in support of Pre-owned's scaling.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Above-average university degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field; 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Qualifikationen
- An Entrepreneurial mindset with strong perseverance - you take ownership, work in a structured & independent manner and do not lose sight of your goals within complex topics.
- You communicate strongly and to the point in English and bring the ability to efficiently deal with various stakeholders and senior management.
- You are a great team player - you bring a positive mindset & like working with different stakeholders, building & maintaining good relationships.
Erfahrung
- You love working with numbers, hold excellent analytical skills, have confidence in working with large data sets, you are an expert in SQL and have solid experience with Python and Microstrategy.
