Deine Rolle im Team

In your role, you will support the ICT Security Change Services (SCS) team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives by contributing to the following activities:
Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of cyber security projects and change initiatives.
Act as an interface between Cyber Security, IT Services, Software Development, and Business departments.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
Support stakeholder communication, follow-up of open items, and coordination of project deliverables.
Assist in organizing workshops, awareness sessions, and cybersecurity-related meetings.
Support the management and continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes, governance activities, and audit-related tasks.
Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and status updates to ensure transparent reporting.
Contribute to the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and communication materials.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich

Ausbildung

Ongoing studies at a German university in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.

Qualifikationen

Availability to support the team for multiple semesters.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner.
Interest in project management, change management, and cybersecurity topics.
Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex information.
Hands-on mentality and willingness to proactively contribute to team objectives.
Good German and/or English language skills, both written and spoken.

Erfahrung

Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams); Jira knowledge is a plus.
