Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead and coordinate a team of developers and testers, including planning, progress tracking and release management.
- Drive technical architecture decisions and contribute to the development of cross-platform applications (C++, Python, Qt, Node.js, modern web technologies).
- Act as the central technical contact for product teams, field engineering and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee integrations, backend services, Kubernetes-based infrastructure and secure deployment workflows.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring and support in implementing best practices and quality standards.

Ausbildung
- A university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Qualifikationen
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux administration, CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
- A structured, reliable and hands-on working style.
Erfahrung
- Several years of professional experience in software development with strong skills in C++, Python and contemporary web technologies.
- Experience in leading development teams and collaborating across cross-functional technical environments.
- Solid understanding of computer vision, deep learning frameworks and large model concepts, including experience building and deploying AI/ML models.
