Deine Rolle im Team
- Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point, resolving complex incidents from 2nd-line operations and Service Managers to minimise business impact.
- Translate platform architecture and service strategies into robust technical configurations and deployments across global projects.
- Build and operate automation and API integrations; use monitoring, AIOps and observability to anticipate and resolve performance issues.
- Create and maintain low-level designs, automation playbooks, SOPs and standardised configuration templates to drive consistency.
- Modernise and harden Knauf's global network estate-covering hardware refresh, configuration management, SD-WAN rollout, and secure-by-design controls including NAC compliance.

Ausbildung
- Degree in computer science/IT or equivalent experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record operating campus and enterprise networks at global scale (10,000+ users) across routing, switching, wireless and network security.
- Hands-on with SD-WAN, ideally Fortinet (FortiManager/FortiGate), including migrations from legacy WAN to modern SD-WAN.
- Cisco CCNP or Fortinet NSE 4+ strongly preferred.
Erfahrung
- Experienced with centralised network management platforms, identity services and core network services; comfortable with API-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency.
