In dieser Position bist du verantwortlich für den IT-Support unserer Mitarbeiter, löst Hardware- und Softwareprobleme, verwaltest Netzwerke und kümmerst dich um die IT-Infrastruktur sowie Benutzerzugriffe.

- Providing IT support for employees and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Setting up, maintaining and upgrading workstations and peripherals.
- Installing and configuring operating systems, drivers and applications.
- Administration and maintenance of our company network and IT infrastructure.
- Managing user accounts, permissions and access rights.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting IT systems and services.
- Supporting backups, updates and security measures.
- Maintaining and documenting IT systems and procedures.
- Coordinating with external IT service providers where required.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Good practical understanding of PC hardware, Windows systems and common office software.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows-based environments.
- Basic knowledge of networking, VPNs and firewalls.
- Structured and independent approach to problem-solving.
- Good German and English communication skills.
Erfahrung
- Experience in IT administration or a comparable IT role.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Experience with Linux, virtualization, databases or scripting is an advantage, but not required.
