Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Mission Integration Systems Engineer, you'll serve as the primary technical lead and service-component liaison, shaping how critical technologies and capabilities integrate to support combatant command operations.
- You'll help ensure the joint force's most important modernization efforts are technically feasible, interoperable, and aligned with theater priorities-making a direct impact on national security missions.

- Bachelor's degree.
Qualifikationen
- Ability to map capability development directly to specific operational needs and define characteristics of potential solutions.
- Ability to facilitate component integration efforts and identify duplicative development and align service-level capabilities and technology plans with overarching theater needs and strategic guidance.
- TS/SCI clearance.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
- Experience aggregating and prioritizing joint or cross-component capability development efforts.
- Experience developing or assessing plans for critical technologies such as autonomous systems, contested logistics, or IAMD.
- Experience applying mission engineering frameworks or modeling and simulation to capability development.
- Experience assessing technical feasibility, system integration, and interoperability for emerging or complex systems.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional or multi-service teams.

- Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
- The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
- The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
