- Alpenventures UNGUIDED is seeking a responsible and reliable IT specialist with a broad range of IT skills to provide IT support and complete IT-related projects.
- This position has flexible work hours.
- The ideal candidate for this position has relevant and applicable knowledge of current and changing IT trends, and is willing to regularly learn new skills and platforms, as our company grows and the IT world evolves.
- This is a broad IT generalist role.
- As we are an adventure travel company, we appreciate candidates with a passion for outdoor sports and the Alps.
- Responsibilities include day-to-day IT support, managing and maintaining hardware setup in our Munich office location, setting up and maintaining new and existing hardware for team members, tracking all IT assets, IT projects and automation, and supporting the creation, documentation, and maintenance of IT security policies, access controls, and basic compliance procedures.

Qualifikationen
- The right candidate should have strong general IT skills, good problem-solving ability, and the willingness to learn new systems as needed.
- Required skills include reliability, discretion, trustworthiness, strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, strong English communication skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, general technical aptitude, and the ability to quickly learn new applications, platforms, and online tools.
- Preferred skills include proficiency in AI Tools, Microsoft Office Administrator, Microsoft Teams Phone System, Microsoft Excel Macros, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Access Database Management (SQL/VBA), Web Development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), WordPress, APIs, Zapier and other automation platforms, and basic internal web app and script development (Python).
Erfahrung
- Required experience and qualifications include at least three years of professional experience in a role involving IT support, IT administration, technical troubleshooting, software tools, automation, or other responsibilities relevant to this position, legal right to work in Germany, and 3 references.
Unser Angebot
- Begin: August, September, or October 2026.
- Part time: 20 hours per week.
- Location: Munich, Germany (Home Office optional).
- Work from home with limited presence in the Munich office based on IT need.
- Extremely flexible work hours.
- 5 weeks of paid vacation per year, based on the agreed weekly work schedule with no more than two consecutive weeks during the main summer season.
- 1 Alpenventures tour per year (FAM trip).
