Lead with Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for Remote Access & Control-low-latency streaming, secure connectivity, and cross-platform performance.
Drive AI Innovation: Embed AI/ML into product features and engineering workflows for smarter, adaptive experiences and faster troubleshooting.
Architect for Scale: Oversee distributed, real-time systems architecture; ensure reliability, security, and performance at global scale.
Champion Security: Implement secure-by-design principles and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
Build High-Impact Teams: Hire, mentor, and grow engineering leaders; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Product, Security, and Operations to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
Own Operational Excellence: Improve CI/CD, observability, and incident response; optimize for speed without sacrificing stability.

Proven Leadership: 10+ years in software development, 5+ years leading multiple teams and managers.

AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into products or engineering workflows.
