Deine Rolle im Team
- Design, build, test, deploy and operate production services end to end in an agile, self-managed, product-focused team.
- Within our microservice ecosystem, you develop and evolve new services that are observable, resilient and horizontally scalable.
- You raise the quality bar by writing lean, well-tested code (unit, integration, acceptance) and apply BDD where it adds value.
- Through automation, you codify infrastructure and delivery using GitOps and CI / CD to increase speed with the right guardrails.
- You keep production healthy by instrumenting metrics, logs and traces while turning incidents into learning opportunities.

Qualifikationen
- In one or two areas such as backend, data, observability or cloud, you bring deep expertise and connect dots across the stack.
- A pragmatic mindset, enabling you to learn fast and choose the right tool for the job.
Erfahrung
- Significant professional experience in delivering software to production.
- Hands-on experience across the full lifecycle, from requirements and design to implementation, testing and operations.
- Experience in at least two of the following: Agile / Lean, BDD, DevOps / GitOps, multiple programming languages or Flutter / UI development.
