Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die Produktvision von Daten- und KI-Lösungen, kümmerst dich um die Roadmap, priorisierst den Produkt-Backlog und arbeitest eng mit agilen Teams sowie Stakeholdern zusammen, um geschäftlichen Mehrwert zu erzielen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You own the product vision & roadmap for your data and AI products and ensure alignment with PHOENIX business strategy and AI Factory goals.
- You are responsible for the financial performance, value delivery, and growth of your data and AI products, including accountability for P&L impact where applicable.
- You manage multiple AI use cases/products at varying stages (ideation, MVP, scaling), ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.
- You proactively promote and position AI solutions internally, engaging with new business units and helping secure buy-in for use case collaboration.
- You define and prioritize the product backlogs, manage epics and user stories with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- You establish and maintain productive relationships with your customers, ensuring business value is central throughout the development lifecycle.
- You collaborate with agile delivery teams (Agile Coaches, Data Scientists, Engineers) to drive product development.
- You ensure transparency and effective communication about your data and AI products, both within the team and with key stakeholders.
- You support governance activities, by contributing to portfolio reviews, stakeholder updates, and AI Factory reporting.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) are a plus.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong stakeholder management and internal consulting skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse business units.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in analyzing data to drive product decisions and improvements.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in corporate AI/ML environments or data-driven products.
- Experience managing multiple products or workstreams simultaneously in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience with AI/ML product development is a strong advantage (but not mandatory).
