- You analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end finance processes.
- You identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases in collaboration with business and tech teams.
- You design, develop, and iteratively improve AI agent workflows, prototypes, and MVPs.
- You implement technical solutions, including API integrations, data integration, and orchestration of tools and contexts.
- You build dashboards, track KPIs, and document learnings and best practices.
- You work closely with senior experts, internal teams, and external partners while continuously developing your knowledge in AI, RPA, and automation technologies.

Ausbildung
- Education: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration with a tech focus, or a comparable field.
Qualifikationen
- Hands-on Mindset: You like to experiment, build prototypes, and learn through practical implementation.
- Communication & Analytics: You think analytically, work in a structured way, communicate confidently with various stakeholders, and are fluent in English — German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Experience: You bring 2+ years of experience in process optimization, automation, or AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: You have a solid understanding of APIs, data structures, and programming logic, as well as hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or similar languages.
- AI Tools: You have experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI tools, or RPA/low-code/no-code platforms.
