Deine Rolle im Team

You will represent the Solutions department as the primary Process Champion in MMIP transformation boards.
You will translate complex IT and SAP architectures into actionable business risk, opportunity, and value statements.
You will evaluate system changes to safeguard active SLAs, operational stability, and technical roadmaps during greenfield streams (New Parts Flow, Customer Order Handling).
You will map and optimize E2E workflows ("Happy Path") in SYMBIO to drive global standardization and ensure audit readiness.
You will define and track process KPI frameworks, error rates, and system dependencies to flag bottlenecks early.
You will facilitate seamless communication between operational teams and MMIP governance bodies, preparing decision matrices for leadership.
You will guide global delivery teams through change management from manual data entry to automated data oversight.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich

Ausbildung

You hold a degree in Business, Process Management, IT, or Engineering, combined with experience in global matrix organizations.

Qualifikationen

You bring a strong background in SAP transformations (S/4HANA, RISE, Fit-to-Standard) and core modules (MM/SD).
You master process modeling tools (SYMBIO or ARIS) and agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe, Jira, Confluence).
You understand customer service operations, SLA management, and data-driven process KPIs.
You excel at translating technical jargon into business statements and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
You demonstrate diplomatic presence, resilience, and genuine empathy for operational realities across international cultures.
You are fluent in English.
