Deine Rolle im Team
- Develop automated reporting solutions to support financial controlling and provide business insights.
- Build and maintain data models integrating SAP (SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW), Salesforce, and other data sources.
- Connect subsidiaries using non-SAP systems through tailored data pipelines and coordinate international projects.
- Design and implement automated ETL processes in SAP Datasphere.
- Create dashboards and calculations in SAP Analytics Cloud and develop SQL-based solutions in SAP Datasphere.
- Analyze business results and prepare reports and ad hoc analyses.
- Reconcile data, investigate variances, and ensure consistent reporting across systems.
- Continuously optimize reporting tools, processes, and data models.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize reporting tools, processes, and data and calculation models.

Qualifikationen
- Familiarity with finance and controlling data from ERP systems.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to finance and business stakeholders.
- Very good command of German, both written and spoken.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Erfahrung
- Experience developing BI solutions and data models for finance and/or controlling, including star schema modelling, measure definition, and data normalization.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud; familiarity with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, and Salesforce.
- Experience building data pipelines and ETL processes, reconciling data across systems, and improving data quality.
- Experience coordinating projects with international teams.
