Deine Rolle im Team
- As an Application Process Manager, you ensure that applications effectively support business processes throughout their lifecycle.
- Working at the interface between Business and IT, you translate requirements into functional concepts and support their implementation in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
- You help drive digitalization, process harmonization, and continuous improvement while ensuring that applications remain aligned with business needs and global standards.
- In this role, you actively shape change, contribute to rethinking energy, and foster collaboration built on team spirit and mutual respect.
- Process Ownership - Taking responsibility for the functional design, continuous improvement, and standardization of application-supported processes in line with business requirements.
- Business & IT Alignment - Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Change Management - Coordinating enhancements and change requests from concept creation through testing, approval, release planning, and implementation.
- Requirements Management - Documenting business requirements and process adaptations in a structured manner and ensuring a smooth handover for technical realization.
- Governance & Improvement - Defining relevant KPIs, supporting key users and training activities, and driving continuous improvement across regions and subsidiaries.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification; alternatively vocational training with relevant professional experience.
Qualifikationen
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and structured solution concepts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as fluent English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
Erfahrung
- Experience in an interface function between Business and IT, preferably within customer service, logistics, order management, or data management.
- Knowledge of application management and preferably hands-on experience with SAP.
