Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for the development of test programs and test hardware for the functional test of SOC devices with memory, NVM, logic and mixed signal as well as RF components and the transfer of the test programs into production.
- The work task includes:
- Development of test concepts, test hardware and test programs for the functional test of devices with memory, NVM, logic and mixed signal/RF components.
- Electrical characterization of NVM, memory logic and mixed signal/RF devices to support our technology development, yield engineering and quality teams.
- Installation, correlation and release of test programs and test hardware for production.
- Yield optimization, test time reduction and continuous improvement of the test process.
- Creation of test project documentation.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed Master's Degree or Diploma in the fields of information technology/communications engineering/electrical engineering/physics or comparable.
Qualifikationen
- Very good knowledge of electronic measurement methods.
- Programming skills in C/C++/Java/Python.
- Knowledge in test hardware design (schematics, probe hardware preparation) is an advantage.
- Knowledge in memory test procedures is an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
Erfahrung
- Professional experience in electrical test beneficial.
