Deine Rolle im Team
- Design and ship product experiences from early concepts through to polished production interfaces.
- Work directly in the front-end codebase through pull requests, code reviews, testing, and release.
- Partner with Product Design and Product Engineering early to shape elegant, feasible solutions.
- Build functional prototypes that make complex ideas tangible and help the team test assumptions quickly.
- Define interaction patterns for AI agents, legal documents, citations, generated content, and multi-step workflows.
- Use AI coding and prototyping tools to accelerate exploration and implementation without compromising judgment or craft.
- Translate design intent into reusable, responsive, and accessible components and product patterns.
- Build accessibility into the product from the start, applying WCAG standards across interaction, navigation, content, and implementation.
- Help keep Figma, shared components, and the production experience aligned as the product evolves.
- Use customer feedback, research, analytics, and session replays to identify and improve critical product experiences.
- Raise the quality bar across typography, spacing, motion, microcopy, loading states, empty states, and edge cases.
- Operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment where many AI interaction patterns are still being invented.

Qualifikationen
- A true 50/50 design engineer, equally credible in product design and front-end implementation.
- An exceptional eye for visual design, interaction quality, and detail.
- Strong front-end fundamentals, including TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Fluency in Figma and confidence working in GitHub and production codebases.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex, information-dense workflows.
- A strong understanding of responsive design, reusable components, scalable UI architecture, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and domain experts.
- High ownership, clear communication, and genuine comfort with ambiguity.
Erfahrung
- Strong experience designing and building sophisticated digital products.
- Experience taking features from exploration and prototyping through to release and iteration.
- Experience using AI tools as a meaningful part of your design and development process.
