- Design, develop, maintain, and operate backend services.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs for enterprise clients.
- Improve system scalability, stability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Mobile, AI, and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
- Automate development, testing, and deployment processes using CI/CD practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems.
- Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Support technical planning, estimation, and solution design.

Qualifikationen
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and the JVM ecosystem.
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases.
- Good understanding of application security, OAuth2, and Spring Security.
- Strong focus on clean code, maintainability, and reliability.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Experience building REST APIs and distributed microservice architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Experience with Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or messaging technologies (e.g., AMQP) is a plus.
