Deine Rolle im Team
- As our Working Student IT Support & Operations, you keep them productive by owning first-level support, devices, and onboarding and offboarding.
- IT requests in Freshservice and Slack get a fast first response and a clear resolution or handoff.
- Every new joiner starts with a working laptop and the right access on day one, and every leaver's access and hardware come back.
- Our asset inventory and hardware stock match reality.
- Colleagues solve common issues themselves with guides you wrote.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Enrolled at a university in Germany for at least the next 12 months.
Qualifikationen
- Careful handling of accounts, access and personal data.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Exposure to Okta, an MDM such as Kandji or Jamf, or a ticketing system.
- You have built small tools with AI coding assistants and know where they can break.
Erfahrung
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows.
- Experience supporting non-technical users, in IT or another service role.

- Working hours: 16-20 hours per week during the semester.
- Location: Berlin office, with 2-3 days per week on-site, depending on the agreed working hours.
- Duration: Minimum commitment of 12 months.
