Deine Rolle im Team
- Black Semiconductor GmbH is looking for an SAP S/4HANA Key User, who act as the central interface between business stakeholders and external SAP consultants, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into system solutions.
- You support and maintain the SAP S/4HANA landscape across Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions, driving continuous process improvements, system optimization, and successful change implementation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business departments (Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain) and external SAP consulting partners.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and system enhancements.
- Maintain and support the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring stable and efficient system operations.
- Coordinate and manage change requests, system improvements, and minor configuration adjustments in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, business processes, test results, and customizations.

Ausbildung
- Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Qualifikationen
- Comfortable operating independently within newly established or evolving SAP S/4HANA environments, with a strong understanding of business processes across FI/CO, MM, and SD.
- Ability to act as a trusted SAP key user and business partner.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its application within end-to-end business processes.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers, combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working.
Erfahrung
- 3-4 years of hands-on SAP experience in a deep-tech, manufacturing, semiconductor, or similarly complex operational environment.
- Experience collaborating with external SAP partners and cross-functional business operations teams, including requirements gathering, testing, and change management activities, supported by tools such as SAP Cloud ALM.
