Deine Rolle im Team
- Develop and implement innovative methods and analytical strategies for the clinical interpretation of (gen)omics data.
- Interact closely with data analysts, bioinformaticians and clinicians to perform advanced AI-driven analyses.
- Engage actively in interdisciplinary group meetings to identify needs and explore opportunities for applying AI techniques.
- Support scientific software engineering, including the development of application interfaces.
- Participate in research projects, write publications and deliver presentations.
- Support advanced domain-specific AI training for data analysts and clinicians of the institute.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- University degree (MSc) with very good grades in Data / Computer Science or related fields.
Qualifikationen
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data visualization, ideally relevant to genetics.
- Fluency in German and English.
- PhD in the corresponding area and publications in relevant journals/venues.
- Familiarity with integrative omics analyses and agentic AI.
- Solid knowledge of software engineering.
Erfahrung
- Experience in applied data science and machine learning.
- Experience with at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Experience in conducting, ideally managing, interdisciplinary projects and communication.
