    • Arise is a globally active weight-loss app with over 10 million downloads and a 4.7 rating on the App Store. Our mission is simple but ambitious: empower millions of people to become healthier and happier.
    • We're bringing Arise to Android - and we're looking for the developer who will build it. You'll be creating the Android version from the ground up, making the architectural decisions that will define the app for years to come.
    • You'll work alongside our iOS developer and CEO (who built the original app) to deliver a product that matches the quality our millions of users expect.
    • Your Role:
    • Build the Arise Android app from scratch - architecture, implementation, and release.
    • Own the Android codebase end-to-end from day one.
    • Make architectural decisions that balance speed of delivery with long-term maintainability.
    • Collaborate with design to refine usability for a smooth user experience.
    • Align with the iOS developer to ensure cross-platform consistency.
    • Support monetization strategies by integrating features with measurable business impact.

    Ausbildung

    • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.

    Qualifikationen

    • Requirements:
    • Middle 2+ Level Developer with proven track record.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Comfortable working fully in English.
    • Technical Skills
    • Strong knowledge of Kotlin.
    • Solid understanding of Material Design principles, patterns, and best practices.
    • Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

    Erfahrung

    • Minimum 4 years of Android development experience.
    • Experience building an app from scratch - not just contributing to an existing codebase.
    • Experience with Gradle and CI/CD tooling.
