- As an AI & Automation Specialist (m/f/d), you will work hands-on on the development of AI-driven automations: from process analysis and AI design through to technical implementation.
- You will get to know the entire value chain, test APIs, implement workflows, and bring solutions into production together with our teams.
- You analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end finance processes.
- You identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases in collaboration with business and tech teams.
- You design, develop, and iteratively improve AI agent workflows, prototypes, and MVPs.
- You implement technical solutions, including API integrations, data integration, and orchestration of tools and contexts.
- You build dashboards, track KPIs, and document learnings and best practices.
- You work closely with senior experts, internal teams, and external partners while continuously developing your knowledge in AI, RPA, and automation technologies.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration with a tech focus, or a comparable field.
Qualifikationen
- You like to experiment, build prototypes, and learn through practical implementation.
- You think analytically, work in a structured way, communicate confidently with various stakeholders, and are fluent in English — German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- You bring 2+ years of experience in process optimization, automation, or AI/ML.
- You have a solid understanding of APIs, data structures, and programming logic, as well as hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or similar languages.
- You have experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI tools, or RPA/low-code/no-code platforms.
