Deine Rolle im Team
- Own and deliver complex end-to-end features for our Offers, Checkout, and Customer Area domains, using React and TypeScript in the frontend and Node.js (TypeScript) in the backend.
- Act as a driving force for Automation and AI-driven UX development, using your expertise to identify, test, and implement AI to improve our development velocity and testing quality.
- Build and maintain stable, scalable services in a data-intensive, distributed AWS environment utilizing Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and UX Designers to build high-conversion customer journeys, prioritizing a seamless, trustworthy self-serve experience.
- Drive high engineering standards for code quality, performance, and security while taking an active role in technical decision-making (stack, tools, architecture) within the team.
- Embody the 'you build it, you run it, you own it' philosophy, including managing DevOps tasks and ensuring full observability of your services via the 'LGTM' Grafana stack.
- Mentor and grow your peers through proactive knowledge sharing, high-quality design reviews, and pair programming.

Qualifikationen
- Expert-level proficiency in React and Node.js, with a solid understanding of how to build and optimize frontends for discerning customer bases.
- Senior-level maturity, demonstrating the ability to own the entire feature lifecycle-from design and implementation to maintenance-in a self-organized manner.
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure and CI/CD, including AWS, Kubernetes, and workflows like GitHub Actions or ArgoCD.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working in a cross-functional, agile and supportive environment.
Erfahrung
- Extensive experience as a Fullstack Engineer with an emphasis on Frontend and a mastery of TypeScript across the entire stack.
- Deep interest and practical experience in AI tooling and automation, particularly in their application to frontend testing and modern UX development workflows.
- Strong background in conversion-focused business contexts, with experience in A/B-testing infrastructure and data-driven optimization.
- Proven experience in structured technical collaboration, specifically in writing and reviewing RFCs and working with PRDs to review product requirements.
