Deine Rolle im Team
- Seeking a System Engineer to lead and perform all aspects of design, development, implementation, and testing of Car Audio Amplifier mechanical, electrical, software and at the customer level. In this 'front line' position, analyze and clarify customer requirements and related specifications. communicate with customer and us.
- Evaluate the impact of changes in requirements on the project, such as the scope of project development, project schedule, project cost, and project quality. Provides support technical team to match customer's development capability with product requirements and delivery.
- Support customer reviews, builds, launches, and production onsite and customer plants
- Proactively onsite support problem-solving in session of product assembly, testing, maintenance, both bench and vehicle
- Timely escalation to management team when there is a major issue that would significantly impact program schedule, cost and quality

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ME or EE preferred)
Qualifikationen
- Familiar with electronic schematic capture, software tools, also familiar with Car Audio amplifier system and software architecture.
- Very well aligned with vendor for deep understanding of product (like Switching Power Supply, A2B, Class-D/Class-AB, MOSFET, and Inductor. etc)
Erfahrung
- 10+ years of combined product experience at an automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 automotive supplier
- Experience with a structured approach to problem-solving (e.g., 8D)
- Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment
- Experience with Ethernet
