Deine Rolle im Team
- We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/x) to join our team of engineers. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing solutions to improve railway operations that haven't been solved so far.
- You'll work as a software developer in a cross-functional team (consisting of data engineers, Full-Stack engineers, and DevOps engineers), focused on developing and enhancing features for our switch monitoring product.
- You will take the technical leadership for projects in your team, actively collaborating with our revenue team, analyzing requirements, and aligning technical dependencies across teams.
- Together with other Full-Stack Engineers, you will define and promote common technical standards across all teams.
- You own your designs and code & bring along good coding practices throughout the full product life cycle, and keep other team members accountable to meet goals.

Qualifikationen
- As a generalist, you're eager to continuously learn and open to switching between technical domains like Backend, Frontend, infrastructure, or Data Engineering.
- You enjoy working in a close team setup and being an active communicator.
- You like to get things done and support the team with your execution-oriented approach.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience developing frontend and backend functionality, deploying to a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
- Experience building frontends with a modern framework (preferably React and TypeScript) and various backend technologies (preferably Python, Java, SpringBoot) incl. multiple database technologies.
- Experience with AWS services (e.g. Lambdas, Dynamo DB, EventBridge, SQS, API Gateway…) or similar services from other cloud platforms.
- Nice to have: you already have experience working with data pipelines.
