- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to lead international rollout projects across multiple locations and business functions.
- In this role, you will take ownership of complex transformation initiatives, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, standardized SAP solutions that drive long-term business value.
- You will be part of an international environment where collaboration, accountability, and practical problem-solving are valued as highly as technical expertise.
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, governance, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
- Drive project delivery using SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and key stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure alignment with the global template and Fit-to-Template approach while supporting local business requirements.
- Build strong relationships across teams, functions, and regions to ensure successful project outcomes.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Qualifikationen
- Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects as the responsible Project Manager.
- Strong background in ERP programs covering Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Solid understanding of both the technical and organizational aspects of ERP transformation projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex international rollout projects across multiple locations and business functions.
- Structured and transparent approach to project governance and communication.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong ability to bring people together, create alignment, and keep projects moving forward.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions, regions, and cultures.
- Structured and organized working style with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to travel when project phases require face-to-face collaboration and on-site support.
Erfahrung
- 5-10 years of professional experience in ERP and project management environments.
- Proven experience across the full lifecycle of a public cloud ERP rollout within a manufacturing environment, from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
- Experience leading international teams and working with stakeholders from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
