Deine Rolle im Team
- We are hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to support Onebrief deployments across on-premises hardware, virtualized systems, and cloud environments.
- This is a hands-on infrastructure role focused on Linux administration, hardware maintenance, and application reliability.
- You will manage Linux servers, NVIDIA DGX Spark or similar AI computing systems, rack-mounted equipment, and the applications running on them.
- You will also support workloads deployed on virtual machines, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Your primary responsibility is keeping these environments operational and maintaining a 99.5% application availability target.
- You will troubleshoot production issues, perform routine maintenance, and work with engineering teams to improve system reliability.
- You will work primarily on-site with military customers in Wiesbaden, Germany, alongside Onebrief Outcome Engineers, Mission Success, GRC, and Infrastructure teams.
- Some environments have limited connectivity or operate on air-gapped networks, requiring practical troubleshooting skills and careful planning for maintenance and deployments.

Qualifikationen
- You are comfortable working directly with server hardware, troubleshooting operating system issues, and diagnosing application failures.
- You understand how infrastructure problems affect the software running on it and know how to narrow down the cause of an outage.
- You take responsibility for the systems you maintain and communicate clearly when problems arise.
- You can work independently at a customer site while collaborating with remote engineering teams.
- You value good documentation, practical automation, and fixing recurring problems.
- Active Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, including networking, storage, system performance, and security configuration.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, including application deployments and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewalls.
- Ability to automate routine administration tasks using Bash or Python.
Erfahrung
- You have a strong background in Linux systems administration and experience supporting production applications.
- 5+ years of experience in Linux systems administration, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience maintaining physical servers and troubleshooting hardware failures.
- Experience supporting production applications on Linux servers, virtual machines, or containers.
- Experience with monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
