- As an Applied Data Scientist, you will drive smart product development and portfolio management by designing data-driven tools and solutions.
- Implementing advanced machine learning techniques and data modeling.
- Leading customer projects and contributing to R&T's digital strategy.
- Enhancing the digital platform PropheSY and supporting innovation initiatives.
- Aligning data science strategies with Group IT and advising on R&T requirements.
- Coordinating stakeholder needs and promoting best practices across teams.
- Supporting both cloud and on-premises solutions with scalable, efficient models.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
Qualifikationen
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps (Git, Docker, Bash).
- Familiarity with ModelOps tools (e.g., MLFlow) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in German is highly desirable.
- Open to new technologies and ideas.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Background in the flavor or food industry is a strong advantage.
Erfahrung
- Experience in data science within a research and technology environment.
- Experience with Databricks, R, or KNIME.
- Project management experience is a plus.
