- The Fit 4 Future Change Manager supports the implementation of change strategy and delivery of change activities to successfully guide the organization through the Fit 4 Future transformation.
- The Change Manager works collaboratively and cross-functionally to minimize resistance and maximize engagement across all levels of the organization.
- This role operates under the guidance of the Change Management Lead, focusing on execution and support.
- Implements change management plans and activities.
- Assists with stakeholder mapping, gathers feedback, and addresses concerns to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Conducts impact assessments and readiness checks to prepare the organization for change.
- Develops and delivers clear communications to support change initiatives.
- Coordinates and supports training activities to ensure employees are equipped for transition.
- Monitors adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes, reporting findings.
- Identifies potential risks, escalates issues, and supports mitigation efforts as needed.
- Acts as a role model and advocate for change, fostering a positive attitude toward transformation within teams.
- Collaborates closely with teams to integrate change management into project delivery.
- Gathers feedback and contributes to the ongoing refinement of change management processes.
- Escalate issues and risks to the Change Management Lead as appropriate.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transformation programme and adapt as requirements evolve.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand learning.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally across workstreams.
- Project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tracks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in training or change management are a plus.
Erfahrung
- Fashion and/or retail experience is a plus.
- Experience with change management within digital transformation projects.
